11:29 pm	Newbie Lesson #1 and #2 and #3 #1 Monsters are never as tough on day2 of WoW as they were on day1-- but new ones are going to show up that are worse. #2 When fighting a nuetral monster like a scorpiod worker and attacked by an aggressive bigger monster, you have to "click" on the new monster to actually fight it, even if your character looks like its positioned to fight the newcomer and not the original monster. #3 Just because you are killing the major monster in any given scene by the skin of your teeth, that doesn't mean a minor minion won't run to its master's defense and jump on your back and kill you even as the major monster is turning into a corpse at your feet. 1:09 pm	Durotar Sites Durotar from the perspective of a troll traveler. My favorite map of Durotar so far, although I think that the people at the Goblin Workshop make one of my favorite WoW web sites based on lay-out, color scheme and material. I'm learning a lot from the Durotar zone guide there. I'm also finding this one at Allakhzam's Magical Realm useful. Some folks might like the related Leveling Guide. I've joined several free Wow online communities, and linked this LJ to related blog communities. But I don't know if I will be participating in any forum chatter. I think I'm probably too much of a snooty grown-up if you know what I mean. (Comment on this)
